MAK Canadian Immigration Source Guide - Terms of Use

Effective date: September 3, 2026

Publisher: MAK Canadian Immigration Services

These terms apply to the MAK Canadian Immigration Source Guide and supplement MAK's general Terms and Conditions.

Purpose

The Source Guide is a read-only source-navigation and bounded source-verification tool. It helps users locate relevant Government of Canada or Justice Laws sources, MAK educational material, selected already-published independent references, and the MAK professional associated with one of the supported educational topics.

Not individualized immigration advice

The Source Guide does not assess or determine a person's immigration eligibility, admissibility, evidence sufficiency, legal position, filing strategy, approval prospects, processing time, or likelihood of success. Canadian immigration rules and program requirements can change, so current official sources should be checked before reliance.

No professional relationship created

Using the Source Guide does not by itself create an RCIC-client relationship, retainer, paid consultation, representation agreement, or other professional engagement with MAK or any named consultant. A professional relationship begins only through MAK's normal engagement process and any required written agreement.

No transactions or application submission

The Source Guide does not book appointments, take payment, send a message on your behalf, complete or submit an immigration application, sign forms, or upload documents to immigration authorities. A contact link, if requested, is only a navigation link to MAK's website.

Source boundaries

Government of Canada and Justice Laws destinations are provided for current-rule verification. MAK-owned material is educational context and must not be treated as independent third-party authority. Independent publication links, where included, reflect already-published external material and do not replace official immigration sources.

User responsibility

Do not submit passwords, passport numbers, UCI numbers, payment details, confidential documents, or unnecessary sensitive personal case information to the Source Guide. Its tools do not require that information.

Availability and accuracy

MAK may update or discontinue the Source Guide. Source links, laws, program guidance, and third-party pages may change after a verification date. The Source Guide is provided without a guarantee that every external source remains unchanged or continuously available.

Support

For Source Guide support, use the support page or MAK's contact page.
