MAK Canadian Immigration Source Guide - Privacy Notice

Effective date: September 3, 2026

Publisher: MAK Canadian Immigration Services

This notice describes the data handling of the MAK Canadian Immigration Source Guide MCP tools. It supplements MAK's main Privacy Policy.

What the Source Guide is designed to receive

The current Source Guide uses no account login or authentication. Its three read-only tools accept only fixed topic or ledger-entry selections. They are not designed to request or receive names, email addresses, passport numbers, UCI numbers, payment information, uploaded documents, application forms, passwords, or detailed personal case facts.

What the Source Guide returns

The tools return public-source information such as Government of Canada and Justice Laws links, MAK educational links, named MAK professional identities and credentials, already-published independent references where included, dated source-verification notes, and an optional MAK contact-page link when a user asks how to contact MAK.

Storage and technical processing

The Source Guide does not maintain a user-account database or a case-file database. MAK does not intentionally use these tools to store personal case facts. The service is hosted on Vercel and may be accessed through OpenAI products. Those infrastructure providers may process technical request metadata or operational logs under their own terms and privacy practices.

Please do not provide sensitive case information to these tools. The Source Guide does not need it to perform source navigation or bounded source verification.

Contact links and other sites

If the Source Guide provides a link to MAK's contact page and you choose to use that website, the website's own privacy policy and terms apply to information you submit there. Merely using the Source Guide does not send a message to MAK and does not create a client relationship.

Professional and legal boundary

The Source Guide is for general source navigation and educational/source-verification context. It does not determine individual immigration eligibility, make case-specific legal conclusions, predict outcomes, prepare or submit applications, book consultations, or take payment.

Questions or privacy requests

Use MAK's contact page for privacy or support questions relating to this Source Guide.
